What are your open hours

For airport shops, our store opening times are based on the airport’s flight schedule, normally opening before the first flight ad closing after the last departure. Many stores are open 24/7. Our downtown shops are open during regular working hours. Please contact us using the Contact Us page to receive specific information on the outlet you plan on visiting.

I might have been overcharged for a product

Sometimes a product can be mistakenly scanned twice, or problems with card can occur. In this case, please contact the Customer Service at connect@altairdutyfree.com providing a copy of your card statement and sales receipt.

I need a copy of my purchase receipt

Please contact the Customer Service for provide information relating to your purchase. You may use our Contact Us page.

Can I collect my purchases on arrival?

We provide a Delivery on Arrival service at all departure points provided you are coming back in the next 30 days. Please make sure to inform our sales staff while purchasing to avail of this service.

I misplaced my belongings at your store

BH hands over lost items to the Lost & Found office of the relevant airport/ border control. In order for us to help you locate your lost item, pls contact the Customer Service using the form provided. Make sure to provide a copy of your sales receipt and giving all relevant details. If you didn’t purchase anything, please give us as much information as you can
